Since April 1, 2010, Air France has introduced a new service on its short and medium-haul flights
Two types of services are now offered:
- "Voyageur" for passengers looking for a simple product with all the basics at inexpensive fares which are not refundable but which can be modified,
- "Premium" for those travelling for business who are looking for flexible fares and additional service.
Since fare classes have been modified, the Voyageur REWARDS accrual schedule has been adjusted accordingly.
