Attention:
Passengers originally scheduled to travel between April 14th and April 23rd, currently scheduled to travel as of Sunday April 25th
are allowed to rebook to an earlier departure date at no extra cost on Air France flight only. Please contact 1-800-667-2747 to rebook.


Rebooking Intructions for all Air France passengers.

Considering the situation due to the volcanic cloud spreading towards Northern Europe, Air France has set up specific instructions for passengers ticketed via Paris Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Lille airport between April 15 and 23, 2010.



A - Rebooking:


1 : Change of travel dates:
Customers may change flights and dates of travel. All penalties and change fees may be waived. The following conditions apply:
- One outbound and one inbound flight change is permitted free of charge.
- Re-booking is permitted in the same cabin for travel before May 7th.
- Re-booking on/after May 7th is permitted on alternate flights/dates, offering availability in the ticketed booking class or upper classes with fare difference payment until March 28, 2011.
- Re-booking/re-issue must be done by the end of the day on Thursday, April 30 2010.
- Travel must remain on Air France, KLM or Delta marketed flights
- Tickets must be changed by Air France directly

2 : Change of Origin or Destination:
Customers may use the full value of their existing tickets towards the purchase of new tickets at the same or a higher
Air France - KLM or Delta fare.
- The new journey should end no later then Marh 28, 2011.
- Air France will collect the fare difference if the new fare is higher
- Re-booking/re-issue must be done by the end of the day on Thursday April 30, 2010.
- If new fare is less then current ticket value, no refund will be given

3 : Cases of high / low Season:
- If the customer holds a ticket in low season and wishes to travel in high season :
a) the original booking class is available in high season, Air France will collect the fare difference between the original fare and the new applicable high season fare
b) the original booking class is not available, Air France will collect the fare difference between the original low season fare and the new applicable high season fare corresponding to the new booking class
c) if the customer holds a ticket in high season and wishes to travel in low season, Air France will issue a non refundable mco valid on Air France

4 : Groups

B- Refund:
Customers ticketed on any cancelled or delayed flight (more than 5 hours) may request a refund for the value of the unused portion of the ticket via their original booking source.
Please note that customers will not be entitled to any compensation as this is a -Force majeure- situation.

Due to high call volume, we recommend to submit your refund request in the days to come. There is no deadline to apply for a refund.
