Air France will begin operating a daily A380 flight on its Montréal - Paris-Charles de Gaulle route effective this Friday, April 22. After an inaugural flight in October 2010 to mark Air France 's 60 years in Canada , the world's largest aircraft will touch down at the Montréal-Trudeau airport at 17h10 .
Air France 's very large capacity aircraft seats up to 538 passengers divided into three cabin classes, i.e. 9 seats in Première (First) on the main deck, 80 seats in Affaires (Business) on the upper deck, and 449 seats in Voyageur (Economy) split between the two decks.
Six inflight drink and snack bars divided between the two decks, extra space and extra comfort vie to make flying aboard an A380 a pleasantly relaxing experience, especially when you also factor in the particularly quiet cabin.
“Everything is in place in Montréal, the fourth A380 destination chosen by Air France , to welcome the aircraft. Supported by teams that have been bolstered to facilitate the processing of passengers, our staff is fully prepared,” declared Bénédicte Duval, Vice-President and General Manager of Air France-KLM Canada
