AIR FRANCE LAUNCHES CONTEST
‘60 years of memories in Canada’

Montréal, June 16, 2010 –
As part of its celebrations marking the airline’s 60 years in Canada, Air France launched a contest today titled ’60 years of memories in Canada.’

The contest grand prize is a pair of tickets for Paris aboard an Airbus A380 next October 7. The special one-day-only flight had just been announced by Air France as among its 60th anniversary events. Some 10 secondary prizes will be awarded to other selected photo entries.

To be eligible, the photos must be about an Air France experience or moment in Canada, either at the airport, on a plane, at an Air France agency or during an event related to the airline’s history.

“The purpose of the contest is to enable us to see the airline’s evolution in Canada through the eyes of our customers and lovers of civil aviation,” indicated Bénédicte Duval, Vice-President and General Manager of Air France-KLM Canada.

The photo submission deadline is August 23, 2010. The jury will select the winning entries on September 1. The complete contest rules can be found online at airfrance.ca

Air France, operating in Canada since October 1950, is a member of the Air France-KLM Group. From June 21 to September 5, the airline flies from Montréal-Trudeau to Paris-Charles de Gaulle 4 times daily.
