Travel restrictions

Dear Clients,

Effective April 20, 2020 and until further notice, new measures require all air passengers flying to Canada or travelling in Canada to have a non-medical mask or face covering to cover their mouth and nose at the airport and during travel. It will be mandatory for all passengers departing from a Canadian airport to wear a mask or face cover during pre-board screening, when boarding planes, during the entire flight if social distancing cannot be respected or at the request of the carrier. 
Also, since 17March at 19h Eastern Time (23h59 Paris local time), France applies specific entry measures to travelers.
We want to inform you that only customers authorized at the border or in transit may be boarded on our flights. 

Please note that only the following passengers will be allowed to board flights to France:

  • Citizens of European Union (EU) as well as citizens of Great Britain
  • Family members of European Union (EU) and Great Britain Nationals
  • Residents of the European Union and Great Britain
  • Nationals of other countries only if they have a connection to a country outside the European Union.

Before travelling, please check with the immigration authorities the conditions of entry and stay in your country(ies) of destination or transit.
